With Frank Lampard set to be named Everton’s new manager, the Toffees are looking to make Donny van de Beek the first signing of his time at the club.
The former Ajax star did not enjoy a successful season at United but could earn a regular place at Everton under Lampard.
The Guardian reports that Everton have agreed a fee with Manchester United for Van de Beek, who will join the club on loan.
Van de Beek has been linked with a move away from Manchester United in the January transfer window, with Crystal Palace reportedly interested in the Palace boss.
